Regardless of role, every Posse owner-operator benefits from a transparent pay structure — 75% of gross on a Posse trailer, 85% on your own trailer, and up to 88% for specialized or heavy haul equipment. You run your business; we keep your truck loaded and the paperwork handled.

  • Metro Vancouver Area

    Built for owner-operators who want to be home every night. Our local program keeps you running flatbed and heavy haul freight within the Greater Vancouver Area — construction sites, industrial yards, port pickups, and urban job sites. You'll get consistent day runs, no overnight hotel bills, and the ability to build a predictable schedule around your life. If you know the Lower Mainland and want steady, close-to-home work hauling serious freight, this is your lane.

  • Lower BC & Alberta

    For operators who are comfortable ranging out from the Lower Mainland through the Interior and into Alberta, but prefer to keep their runs in the southern half of the provinces. You'll handle flatbed, oversized, and project freight along key corridors — the Coquihalla, Highway 1, and into Calgary and Edmonton. Expect a mix of multi-day runs and occasional overnights. This role suits experienced drivers who want varied freight and good mileage without committing to a full national schedule.

  • All of Canada

    For the long-haul operator who lives for the open road. Our highway program puts you on national flatbed and heavy haul lanes from BC to Ontario and beyond — major industrial projects, cross-country equipment moves, and high-value oversized loads that require experienced hands. You'll run through mountain passes, across the Prairies, and into Central Canada on loads that pay well and keep the wheels turning. If you've got the miles and the equipment to match, Posse has the freight to keep you moving coast to coast.
