The Role: Precision & Power

This is not "drop and hook" work. We are looking for elite operators who thrive on technical hauls.

  • Specialized Fleet: Haul flat decks, step decks, B-Trains, and heavy-haul trailers including RGNs, Lowbeds, Ramp trailers, and Landolls.

  • Self-Sufficiency: Depending on the job, you may be responsible for self-loading and unloading excavators, forklifts, and other wheeled or tracked machinery.

  • Local and Regional Reach: We have a solid foundation in local work within Metro Vancouver, with trips to Vancouver Island, and the BC Interior.

  • Long Haul Trucking: We haul all across Canada including the Yukon, NTW, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, and the Maritimes.

  • Heavy & Wide: Manage over-dimensional and heavy-haul projects that require high-level expertise and attention to detail.

Earning & Benefits

  • High-Value Pay: Local Owner Operators earn between $90 and $200 per hour, with flexibility between hourly rates and commission splits depending on the contract and lane.

  • Long Haul Pay: We offer a commission split for our Highway Operators. Optionally our Long Haul Operators may use their own trailer or pull from our fleet.

Qualifications (Strictly Required)

  • License: Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.

  • Heavy Equipment Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience operating and hauling heavy equipment (self-loading/unloading).

  • Trucking Experience: Minimum 3 years of Class 1 commercial driving.

  • Flatbed Expertise: Minimum 3 years of flatbed or open-deck experience.

  • Documentation: A clean, fresh driver's abstract is required for all applicants.

  • We do not hire LMIA or offer any Work Visas at this time.
